TSM 499 Green Construction of Residential & Commercial Buildings

An introduction to the complexities of using green practices in construction of buildings.
3 Credit Hours.

Instructors:

Course Objectives:

  • Identify the different organizations that support green construction and their objectives
  • Understand & identify fundamentals of green construction design
  • Learn the major areas of importance in green construction
  • Develop an understanding of the process to design and construct green buildings

Course Grading:

Homework – 15%
Hour Exams (3 total) – 20% each
Final – 25%
