Food and Bioprocess Engineering

The International Starch Technology Conference addresses processing issues relating to the production of starch.  Industry, government and academic representatives attend sessions relating to the processing of starch from corn, potato, rice and wheat sources.  The ISTC is held the first week in June in odd-numbered years.
